Also, Charles can act as a man-in-the-middle for HTTP/SSL communication, enabling you to debug the content of your HTTPS sessions, but I would recommend Mozilla LiveHeaders (http://livehttpheaders.mozdev.org/) for viewing headers, post data, etc..
