FFMpeg, MPlayer and Handbrake don&#039;t support MSS2.
Do you managed to find another solution that I can use in my c# code?
better if this is solution that doesn&#039;t involved files in the procces of the decode (only buffers)

		<description>I was lazy and didn&#039;t want to learn all the command line arguments. Handbrake allows you to set a plethora of options in the GUI, queue up the encoding and then save the job as a .bat file that you can later re-use.</description>

		<description>Having used Movavi, I&#039;ve since moved to Handbrake (handbrake.fr) for conversion. It&#039;s command line interface in windows is nice for batch encoding. Not sure if it&#039;ll open your files -- but it&#039;s free and worth checking out.</description>
